"This hotel was a last minute booking for my layover in CLt and they were nothing but great and accommodating to me. Inreally like the kitchen area that comes with the room compete with fridge, microwave and stove. I want to thank Joseph and Elektra for helping me and being so kind. Would recommend this place. Looking forward to booking with them if I ever need a place to stay while in CLT. "

"We got stuck in Charlotte due to a canceled flight. This hotel was close to the airport. The staff here were amazing! "

"The stay was amazing and we got upgraded, which was amazing and not sure how it happened, but it was amazing! The Valet service, specifically Addison was incredible. They could improve on how their luggage is stored and retrieved. I was there for a conference, so we stored our luggage until after the last meeting on the last day. There was a complete bottle neck of people trying to get their luggage, people trying to get off and into the elevator, into and out of the hotel. They could have used a few more helpers as well."
