I had booked a third night thru the actual hotel, months before our stay, and come Sunday night, very late, our keycard did not let us in and then they said they had no info on my reservation for the third night. We were also told housekeeping had already cleaned our room, WITH ALL OF OUR THINGS IN IT! And OUR BELONGINGS MAY OR MAY NOT STILL BE THERE!
