Not the best hotel but not the worst. Typical chain hotel off the interstate. Cable TV half worked, air conditioning in room had either full hot or freezing cold setting. Nothing special just a place to sleep until you can get going the next day.

This is an older property and it shows. It is clean but older and a little dingy. The front staff were never at the check in desk. You actually have to call out to get them to come out from the back. Happened twice to me and I noticed a couple of times to others.

Very disappointed in this Hampton. Coffee pot was very dirty. Had not been cleaned in who knows how long. We had to ask for a new pot. Also the shower had rust all along the bottom We normally enjoy or Hampton stays but this was very old and not Updated. As not worth the price.

Room stunk and had lots of black mold on the bathroom ceiling…room was run down. Elevator was sketchy. Breakfast was not great, but the bagel filled the hole temporarily. Second day husband laid facedown on freshly cleaned room only to wake up with swollen eyes… ask for a new pillow and pillowcase and survived the night… cleaning crew did remove the mold from the ceiling after I asked them to. Staff was friendly, but I will not be staying here ever again.

The complimentary breakfast was very good. The pool, however, was very dirty and we had to skim in out ourselves and had ask them to turn it on. Its condition was embarrassing to me when my grand sons visited and went swimming.

Room felt dirty, bathroom had black mold spots all over the ceiling, our bathroom had a horrible STRONG odor of urine that just lingered in the bathroom and doorway (Room 222). I should have checked out the first day upon arrival. The worst Hampton we've stayed at ever for cleanliness. We chose Hampton over others normally for consistency. Shower floor was also pink and dirty. We will not stay here again.

I expected a little better out of a Hampton. The shower floor looked dirty but I think it was just stained. There were water stains on the ceiling. The beds were comfortable, the lobby was nice, the breakfast they had was good just not much to choose from. They did have grits which I loved.

Cleaning was not the greatest and the hotel need to many updates, carpet is to old, it looks really dirty outside. People were friendly. I never had a bad experience and a hotel but I think that this one has been not really good experience. Staff were nice.

I realized they gave me a master key when I entered the wrong room. I immediately went to the front desk. They were aware they gave me a key that allowed me to enter all the rooms in the hotel. They told me just use it for my room and not enter any other rooms. The next morning, I told the front desk about the master key since there were different staff at the desk. Again I was told that they were aware. That it was just like the key the cleaning staff used. They said that the maintenance person wasn’t in and that was the only way I could enter my room. They did not appear to be fully booked. Not sure why they didn’t move me to another room. The sliding barn style door for the bathroom wasn’t able to be opened from inside the bathroom when fully shut. We got stuck inside and had to be rescued. Thankfully I was not traveling alone and someone was in the room to get me out. The elevator had a delay in the door opening. One of the hotel staff was in the elevator with us and said it happens all the time. That occasionally they get stuck in it for several minutes until it decides to open. I will never stay at this hotel again.
