The man at the front desk was an amazing first interaction with this property! I was only able to stay for one night but I hope to come back and enjoy a longer stay with them as it was wonderful. They have everything extremely clean and well taken care of.

The hotel was very nice, brand new, & clean. Our room was clean but bare. No curtains so the light shined through the blinds. Very clean! The check in process - the woman (I think her name is Mrs Margo) was soooo extremely nice. She was the only person working and was very bombarded with check ins, phone ringing off the hook, needy entitled potential guest wanting a tour of the property at 8:00pm and to look in their potential room demanding a certain rate, all while multiple families were trying to check in. She was the sweetest and did not let that affect her attitude at all though. I felt extremely bad for her and obviously not one single person should be the only one working a hotel at night. That’s unsafe and overwhelming. Mrs Margo was also trying to protect herself by wearing a mask and gloves. The gloves don’t protect you though if you are constantly wearing them. You are just spreading the germs from surface to surface. The best thing to do is to wash your hands multiple times! Overall, I would definitely stay here again!!!

This apartment/hotel concept was new to us. The property was new and very comfortable. The check in clerk was personable and helpful in getting us to a place for dinner. It was a great place to stay.

The hotel is two weeks old, clean, with a nice layout of the rooms, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, but there was no breakfast. The room was a little noisy; I stayed in a corner room on the first floor, and I could hear people outside a lot. I liked the kitchen area with the fridge, and the working desk area was a plus. The negative for me is that the wifi was not working for me. I spoke to the front desk person; they said they would research the issue and get back to me, and no one got back to me. I got no work done at night, and in the morning my wifi was still not working. I left early to work at a coffee shop. I spoke to the new front desk person, and she mentioned it must be a firewall on my phone or laptop. Not the case; I have been able to log in anywhere I go. It was the hotel's issue; I was not the only one with that issue. The employee could not log on either. I called Expedia, and they took care of me. Overall, nice place and affordable; just wished the wifi was working. The shower had a tiny hole in the wall; didn't like that either. I gave it 3 stars out of five due to the wifi issue and no one getting back to me.

My AC never worked. Called maintenance who reset it and told me to wait a few hours. It didn’t work. Called the front desk who told me I waited too long, maintenance was gone, they didn’t have a fan, no other rooms were available. I had to find another hotel.
