"Comfortable stylish and perfectly located could not say enough good things about this property. Our-host Ed was attentive to all of our needs which made our trip planning and arrival very pleasant. From the moment you opened the door you felt welcomed, Ed had a assortment of starter amenities plus every other imaginable item that you would need for your stay. My sister-in-law Gail and I were up for a Wedding and a long girls weekend. It was the perfect location for the side trips we had planned. The bonus was having this wonderful comfy hideaway to comeback to after a full day of touring. Loved the gas fireplace and game room. Thanks Ed for recommending Hudson Taco“Incredible food and drinks on the Hudson.”I have to recommend going to the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor in New Windsor. A must visit right now. "This was more than your typical vacation rental. We were having major renovations in our home and stayed in this wonderful little house for 3 weeks (with 3 needs to extend our stay). This truly became our home; welcoming, cozy, and quiet. Our “family” was able to remain intact due to the kindness of the owners. We could not have imagined spending 22 days without our little ones. There was nothing better than cuddling up around the woodstove in the evening with a glass of wine to decompress from the day’s happenings. The warmth and coziness of the of the woodstove was enjoyed by “everyone” in the family. We had the best Super Bowl party for 2; Roku TV was great! Everything was provided; complete kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and gas stove. On the back porch was a gas grill and wood for the woodstove. The 3rd floor was perfect for quietly working in the office space. If you needed anything, DG was a 5-minute walk. Quiet, little to no traffic apart from the daily school bus.I would more than recommend this lovely little house for a weekend in the Hudson Valley or an extended stay. You feel at home from the minute that you walk through the door. We could not have picked a better place to stay.Our thanks to Robert and his team! A perfect place to stay for West Point graduate parents; twenty-minute drive."
