The hotel was brand new and very clean. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had heavy snow during our stay, and one of the staff members kindly helped brush the snow off our car the next morning. I really appreciated their kindness!

My stay at Comfort Suites Hotel in Central Valley was a great experience overall. What truly stood out was the exceptional service at the front desk. The staff member who assisted me went far beyond standard customer service—she was incredibly helpful, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was taken care of. She answered all my questions with patience and clarity and made the entire stay much smoother. Absolutely awesome service. The property itself was also wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. Breakfast was decent—good enough to start the day, but nothing particularly memorable or out of the ordinary. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the outstanding customer service.

This place opened in Dec '25 and was still working out the kinks when we visited. The most notable glitch was the need to wait 3-5 minutes with the shower running before we got any hot water. I'd also recommend the management company figure out a way to mitigate the noise when room doors are opened or closed – our sleep was occasionally disrupted. The staff was wonderful, but they can only do so much....maybe give this place a try in a few months?

The room had a distinct sewage/mildew smell. Extremely prevalent in the bathroom. I contacted the front desk immediately, and was told " it's very common there, and I should open the window, and run the shower simultaneously, and that should help with the smell a bit". The front desk also brought down a bottle of disinfectant to " help with the smell". I also was never informed before or after booking that the pool was unavailable! The hotel claimed it was on their website, but I booked through Expedia. Hopefully the hotel sees this complaint, and reaches out to attempt to rectify this horrible stay.

The room was clean and as described. Breakfast was typical for hotel breakfasts, but plentiful and varied enough. Unfortunately, there were a number of small things that added up to negatively impact our stay. Reception told us at check-in that the pool (which my kids were looking forward to) was closed. The gym was open, but the treadmill (one of only three machines) was out of order and the room was hot. The water cooler was out of water. Our bathroom had an off-putting fishy smell and the shampoo dispenser was empty. The cheap toilet clogged at night after we were ready to go to bed and we couldn’t deal with it until the morning. The TV wouldn’t turn on. And there was loud road noise from the nearby highway all night long. We slept, but our stay wasn’t as comfortable as we hoped.
