"I cannot say enough good things about this little slice of peaceful heaven!!! The neighborhood is quaint, quiet, and so beautiful. Shannon is the most welcoming and responsive host, and the cottage is stunning. Just when you think it couldn’t get more magical, the place lights up at night into a peaceful evening wonderland. I had the best night sleep there I’ve had in decades. The use of the kayaks and the waterfront access was so special for my niece and I to enjoy the water and nature that surrounds us. You can easily walk bike or boat to many places. I cannot wait to return! "

"Our host did an A job. She had great knowledge of the area and was very helpful with our questions.Access and the view of the river was outstanding. the kayaks were great and we saw many manatees and a pod of dolphins on our two outings. We took the kayaks to manatee pub to put them into the water there and it was an easy paddle to the Ellie Schiller spring/park!We loved the unit, it was comfortable and the view from the deck and living room was great. It was also really nice being right on the river!"

"Tradewinds Deep Water was the perfect place for ours girls trip to Florida to swim with the manatees! The location was peaceful and right on the water. The host responded promptly to questions beforehand and the arrival and departure instructions were clear. The home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable for all 5 ladies, including plenty of towels. Unfortunately, we did not get to make use of the kayaks due to the cold weather while we were there but it was nice that they were available for use. Our only negative was that all mattresses seemed saggy and could probably stand to be updated. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this property."

"Amazing place! This is our second stay here and we will never stay anywhere else in the area! Literally feels like home. Has all the amenities you need! Loved kayaking to Monkey Island and all the channels and mangroves. Cooked in every night. Love sitting in the screened in porch next to the table top fire. Hate to leave. "

"Our rental was clean and exactly as described. Was a small issue getting access using the electronic key pad, but once I called, they came out and corrected the issue. Great location. Close to restaurants and bars. Was a nice quiet street. I would definitely stay there again. "
