"In town for a fishing trip. Perfect location to walk to dinner at our favorite local spots. House was perfect for me and my sons. Newly renovated master bath was very nice and well done. Due to our daily schedule we didn’t utilize the outdoor amenities but host has gone above and beyond to provide everything you need. Carport came in handy for a few stormy nights keeping the car covered. We will recommend to others and book here again."

"We had the best time staying at this house! Views of the water were absolutely incredible. House was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy including the pull out couch. "This house is not just a rental. It’s a home. When you’re staying there it has everything that you need. We loved the downstairs game room. The back patio was great for barbecuing. The Springs are just a few minutes away or you can go fishing in no time at all. It’s perfectly located for restaurants. Also, by boat or by car."

"This was our 4th time staying at this house, and we’ve already booked it again for next year! It has become a tradition for our family, and we honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Homosassa.The house is perfect for large groups and families, with plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The brand-new kitchen cabinets and refrigerator were a great upgrade, the A/C worked flawlessly (which is a must in Florida!), and having a washer and dryer was such a convenient bonus.Outside is where this property really shines. The Adirondack chairs are incredibly comfortable and offer the best sunset views, and the large dock is fantastic for fishing. We spent so much time out there making memories.We did have one small issue during our stay, but the owners and the house manager responded immediately and had it resolved quickly. Their communication and customer service were outstanding.We’ve stayed at several places over the years, and this is, without a doubt, the best house you can rent in Homosassa. We can’t wait to come back next year!"
