"Expensive for a two night. Limited seating at the bar. Room wasn’t serviced. Location great - friends room wasn’t ready and their dog was charged £100 for an overnight stay which was ridiculous. Hells Kitchen was style over substance with silly prices for what you got. Food was good and service was ok."

"Excellent breakfast. Clean room, if a bit small for two people with luggage, but it is in a good location, near a tube stop and the British Museum. We were initially on the top floor during a heatwave, with no air conditioning and limited air flow, which was so stifling hot, but the staff kindly moved us to a lower floor which was cooler. Quiet room."

This hotel on the Thames, is near several bridges for easy access to major tourist sites including Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, the London Eye, St Paul's Cathedral, the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. AND, many convenient, quality site for dining nearby and in the hotel itself."
