The apartment is located on the second of three floors of the building "Residenza alle Grazie", has a living area furnished with wooden furniture in country style and a large sofa, a well-equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and coffee machine, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and bidet and can accommodate a total of 6 people. In one of the two modern bedrooms there are 3 single beds, the other one has a double bed, which can also be pushed apart. In addition, there is a sofa bed for one person in the light-flooded living area with alpine view. The equipment also includes wi-fi, air conditioning, a safe, a TV with cable and satellite reception and a utility room with washing machine. A cot and high chair can be provided on request. You can look forward to ending the day with a glass of wine on the small balcony with a fascinating panoramic view, which is accessible from the living room and the kitchen. A restaurant is only a 5 minute walk away (400 m), numerous other restaurants and supermarkets can be found within a radius of 2 km or 5 minutes by car. The centre of Riva del Garda with its beautiful promenade, the fortress and the ferry pier can be reached after a short drive of less than 10 minutes (3.5 km). In the same radius there is also a nice bathing place (Spiaggia Sabbioni). Parking spaces are available on the property.
