You will get a warm welcome from Gemma herself and be introduced into the appartement and garden. Extra room for bikes is available. A bit unfortunal we found that we got an Appartement which was not renewed as some others and no pictures had shown the variety of the chambers from old to new that clear in advance. So if you go for an activity week with your close friend it is all fine and will do its job, but if you want to go for a romantic week with your partner in law you should have that managed and discussed in advance if you will get a renewed chamber. The location is around 4km away from the centre of Riva, for walking a bit long but you can easily go by bike within less 10 minutes via nice bike highways. Supermarkets are in variety located to the villa. The main street in front of the building is okay, the building is quite separated with nice backyard to sit in and parking place for your car. ##### Matthias L.
