Very nice apartment in Riva del Garda resort S. Alessandro (built in 2018), one of the most famous parts of the city.
The apartment is in a quiet location and not far from the lake and city center.
The most beautiful beaches of Lake Garda can be found 700m from the apartment, the city center about 1 km. A shopping center is in the vicinity of 600m with a supermarket and shops.
The house is newly built in 2018 and is furnished as follows: kitchen - living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a sofa bed in the living room allows four people to live in the apartment.
The house has a private garage and a private cellar.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wohnung im 2. Stock mit Aufzug erreichbar und mit allem versehen, was man so braucht. Toller großer Balkon. Tiefgaragenplatz und Kellerraum für Fahrräder.

Schöne neue Unterkunft, toller Gastgeber. 🙂

Die Ferienwohnung ist neu und sauber. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber ist super nett und es war sehr unkompliziert. Besonders gefallen haben uns der riesige Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge und der Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Alles tiptop! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung am Gardasee. Die Wohnung ist ganz neu und so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Nicola hat uns freundlich empfangen und noch gute Urlaubstipps gegeben. Wohnung liegt ruhig aber trotzdem Zentral, 10min Fußweg vom See oder Einkaufszentrum. Besonders gut hat uns der grosse Balkon gefallen.

Traumbalkon!

Sehr schöne, neue, moderne Wohnanlage mit einem riesigen Balkon. Ein Teil ist überdacht, sodass man bei Wind und Wetter dort sitzen kann und man auch vor der Sonne geschützt ist. In 10-20 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Strand, in 10 Minuten am Supermarkt und bei zwei sehr guten Eisdielen und in 20-25 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Man kann also alles bequem ohne Auto erreichen, was wir sehr genossen haben. In der Garage standen auch zwei Fahrräder, die wir nutzen konnten und der Radweg am Fluss nach Arco ist sehr schön. Das Einzige woran man denken muss ist, dass man Handtücher und Bettwäsche selbst mitbringen muss oder gegen eine Gebühr ausleihen kann. Ansonsten: Sehr empfehlenswert!

Neubau in der ruhigen 2. Reihe von Riva del Garda

Das Appartment ist neu, mit eigener Garage einer rießigen Terasse, gutem Bett und allem an Ausstattung was man sich wünscht. Es befindet sich zwar ein paar Meter vom See entfernt, wodurch man aber den Menschenmassen auch etwas entkommt. Der See ist definitiv in Laufnähe. Anstatt Ausblick auf den See bekommt man einen Ausblick auf die Olivenhaine des Monte Brione - auch schön! Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Schöne Wohnung am Rande von Riva

Die neue Wohnung befindet sich am Rande von Riva. Zu Fuß bis zum Gardasee sind es knapp 10 Minuten. Bis in den Stadtkern von Riva sind es ca. 20 Minuten. Genauso lange braucht man bis nach Torbole. Es sind dort mehrere Wohnungseinheiten gebaut worden bzw. es werden noch die letzten fertig gestellt. Deshalb hatten wir leider noch den Baulärm. Ende 2020 sollte aber alles fertig sein. Eine riesige Tiefgarage befindet sich unter dem gesamten Bauprojekt. Ausserdem gibt es noch einen eigenen Kellerraum mit Stromanschluß. Dort kann man die Fahrräder abstellen und den Akku aufladen. Wirklich super. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet. Leider ohne Klimaanlage und WLAN. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Balkon ist ein Traum. Super groß und mit Blick in die Berge. Leider hat man auch den direkten Blick zu den Nachbarn im Nebenhaus. Aber uns hat das nicht gestört, da man dort selten jemanden gesehen hat. In der Wohnanlage sind neben den Feriengästen auch Italiener, die dort ganzjährig wohnen. Wir würden die Wohnung nochmal mieten.

Schönes Appartement in zweiter Reihe von Riva

Unser Aufenthalt im diesem Appartement hat uns gut gefallen. Die Bilder entsprechen ganz genau der Realität. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus. Eine schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Leider wird derzeit nebenan noch ein Komplex gebaut, der aber bald fertig sein sollte. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub zu zweit benötigt. Der Besitzer spricht sehr gut deutsch und gibt bei der Ankunft viele hilfreiche Tipps. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Great holiday in Riva

The Apartment (and the whole house and estate) was build in 2017 or 2018, so it is brand-new. Good quality furniture, more than enough space for two guests. As there are only two rooms (one Sleeping Room and one living room/dining room/kitchen I don't know if it would be sufficient for more then two guests. But these rooms are great! The Terrace is huge and has a large table for eating outside. The underground garage makes parking very easy. There is a nice local restaurant (no tourist flophouse) less then 5 Minutes walk away. The Coast is a little bit further away - around 15 Minutes walk. There you can find a small shopping center and the usual tourist traps, but also many bike rentals and surf-schools. For us it was a good mixture and we would come back, if we want to visit the north side of Lago di Garda again.

Mooi appartement in nieuw complex met prachtig uitzicht!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit prachtige appartement. Het appartement is nieuw, erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het terras is erg groot en heeft een fantastisch uitzicht op de monte Brione. Het in- en uitchecken en communicatie met de verhuurder kan beter.
