"I wasn’t happy that when I came back to the hotel from work my room wasn’t cleaned.. I wasn’t informed at the reception you had to place your card outside the door to let them know you need your room cleaned.. for me this is a hotel trying to deceive you into not cleaning your room"

Rooms are run-down and not matching what you would expect for the room rates, especially the bathrooms - with dirty grout and moldy caulking, holes in the tiles from previously attached bathroom accessories. The AC kept turning itself off with error-codes. ..."
