"The Garden Room was everything you could want for a quiet weekend away. There was everything there you could possibly want, all needs were catered for . . . and more. The host was exceptional in all communications and everything in the property was explained thoroughly. The facilities were fantastic. We will definitely be returning! 10/10"

"Disappointed with cleanliness and facilities at the flat, only one dinner plate and cereal bowl, no baking trays for oven. Lots of dust on lights and fittings. Fridge door blocked with ice so wouldn’t shut, I fixed that myself. On the positive side the TV wasn’t working and a very helpful person came and fixed it very quickly and he was very friendly and helpful. "

"Very impressed with my stay . The apartment is HUGE a family bathroom and a large bedroom and another with a lovely en-suite is a win . Kitchen and Living room very clean modern . Plenty of parking spaces and room for contractors with a van with no height restrictions. "

"Wrong address on listing. No answer to phone number on listing. Garbage in apt not emptied. Oven dirty not cleaned. No information in apt for wifi and no information sent in emails. We had to open all cupboards to find router which had username and password on back. Only 50% of side lamps worked... bulbs dead. Black mold observed in many areas. No communication with manager, if we could give zero we would. Hopfully this review will prevent anyone from going through the same experience."

"2 disabled guests unable to gain access to the property. Access stairway too dangerous. Environment at the property and surrounds were extremely rough, too unsafe to stay. Both guests were too frightened to stay at such a rough location. Access was via a eternal metal staircase which was too dangerous for two severely disabled guests to access and use. Also to gain access we would have needed to brush past washing lines containing filthy clothing. A total nightmare. The owner failed to...

"The cottage is situated in a peaceful rural environment yet just a minute or two's drive from the A52 with easy access to Grantham, Nottingham and beyond. The cottage itself is spacious and homely with every facility you could wish for. We loved it. Lynn has thought of everything and likes to communicate personally to ensure her guests are fully briefed about the cottage, its history and the local area. Fabulous!"
