Is nothing to like, except the view and nice sea. This IS NOT 4* hotel, at least 2*, maybe someone will check classification of this hotel. The furniture and amenities are old and dirty, receptionist is very rude. We pay for a room with seaview and she give us a lower class room. We go back and ask her what is with that room, is not the room that we pay and she give us another room, after we have a discussion with her. We leave one day earlier to other hotel, but she ask us to pay the city tax for all days. I would never come back there!!!

Dear Mrs. Popescu, regarding your complaints from your point of view, we would like also to respond from our point of view. As we saw from the history reservation your check in was on 09/08/2020 at 16:05 for a sea view room. A sea view room is the room that a guest can see the view from his balcony and not from inside the room. Moreover 16:10 you where moved from the receptionist named as "rude" to our Junior Suite for a better view. Our hotel is a 4* hotel named and categorized like that from the Hellenic Chamber and the Greek Goverment. You also mention that it was dirty, how then we are Covid safe and due to the last checking from the Greek authorities for precautionary measures we were ok? Lastly we want to mention that the tourist tax was returned to you cash and it was left on the reception but you did not take it!!!.

It is ok but would give it 3 stars not more, staff very friendly helpful . Very far from any other options. Thanks, Property very old , I puke not go back again, breakfast is not as Rich as expected We booked 2 nights but stayed for 1 and ding get a refund for the one night or even 50% as per their policy

I loved the pool lounging area and the cafe/restaurant is open all the time so you can order meals at any time.

It's an excellent hotel that I recommend to anyone. The only drawback is that the distance from Patra. About 20 kilometers.

A dated hotel with potential to improve
Hotel overall is a bit dated, could do with a freshen up especially externally. Reception was well kept and the bar/restaurant was very nice. Great service throughout, dinner was excellent but breakfast isnt that of a 4 star hotel quality. Room was clean but the shower head was broken/hanging off the wall. Shower itself was just a glass screen bolted to the wall and not sealed, so water escaped underneath and across the whole bathroom. Cleaners were friendly and thorough in their job. The worst part that seriously needs looking at was the beds. Incredibly uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on a concrete slab. The pillows just as solid, resulting in very little sleep. Potential for the hotel to be great if a bit of time and money was pumped back into it. Didnt use the pool so cant comment on that. The gym could do with an update with more CV machines, it seemed very weight training specific. Also not a very pleasant smell in the lift. Location was great for what I needed, but possibly a bit out of the way for those wanting to be near to Patras. Had a good stay, but it was spoilt by the beds unfortunately. Would seriously urge the hotel to look at something far more comfortable.

The Best Beach Hotel
Nick at the reception was great. All the staff was professional and caterered to any request. Rooms awesome. Great views. Room service food was 5 star. Pool was crystal clear. I will always go back.

It is nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only if you like nice beach then you should not go there as there is a tiny access to the sea and there are stones and lots of seaweed, but anyway you can swim and it was nice, especially in the morning. If you would like to go to the different beach near by, or eat somewhere else then you need a car. Plus in the summer time I would suggest them to serve watermelon for breakfast as it is season, instead of fruit from the tin.

Selected this hotel so we could be close to the beach, swimming pool and away from the bustle and noise of Patras Pleasantly surprised. Fast check-in, free room upgrade, everything was easy to access. Plenty of staff to help, serve, etc. Very good price for this hotel !

Hotel is on the beach. Nice breakfast buffet. Sufficient parking. Modern and clean rooms. Most of the staff does not speak fluent English - so this was a problem when trying to order dinner and talk to one of the reception staff. Gym did not have any functioning cardio equipment while we were there.

This a solid hotel with a quality staff. The pool area and bar is very scenic. The staff of the hotel is great. The rooms are standard European basic with beds that are a little hard. Overall a really nice hotel that I would use again.

We've stayed for one night only - for the friends wedding. We arrived around mid day by taxi from Patras (20 eur) and checked in without any issues. The room and the hotel was very clean. The location is quite nice. There is a nice pool and plenty of sun beds. The only issue is communication and staff attitude. Lady at the reception was fantastic. However waiting staff around the pool and in the restaurant seems to get frustrated when I tried to explain what I wanted. Like I was taking too much of their precious time. They didn't speak or understand English very well. The restaurant does not have kids menu and does not prepare smaller portions.

Hidden treasure at Poiseidon Palace
Very comfortable hotel will all amenities available to you; the pool area is great with very comfortable lounges and there's a waiter service taking your drinks while you're next to the pool. The rooms are really generous in size, comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms; the balcony was large and great to use with the table and chair; views to one side were gorgeous green mountains and the other side was the amazing beach. The location was great and easy to get into Patra the main town with the local bus, the trip would be around 20 mins. The only thing that would've been useful for this hotel was to have access to hotel shuttle bus as the hotel is located further towards the beach. The dining area for breakfast and lunch overlooked the pool area and beach.. I would definitely stay there again The staff were really lovely

Very clean, quiet location with nice pool and situated next to the sea. Good selection of meals for dinner, but only an average breakfast choice. Ideal for a quiet break for couples and also a nice safe environment for children as well. Very helpful and attentive staff. Overall the hotel was imaculate but the bedrooms were not really quite up to the standard that I would hope for. Laminated flooring and a little spartan. On the plus side we had a balcony with a good view over the pool and the sea in the annexe wing. Also there was a fridge/ kitchen area included. I would not want a room in the main hotel which would overlook the car parking area. I would specify a room in the annexe or a room in the hotel with a pool/garden or sea view. Nce for a two or three night break and I would recommend it, but with the reservations I have laid out above.

Το ξενοδοχείο πιο πολύ θυμίζει 3αστερών . Η περιοχή χάλια , η θάλασσα το ίδιο , η πισίνα μικρή ,συνήθως γεμάτη με νεαρούς και νεαρές της γύρω περιοχής . Το στούντιο που μείναμε καθαρό και άνετο, οι εξωτερικοί χώροι μύριζαν άσχημα. Το προσωπικό (ιδίως η υπάλληλος της ρεσεψιόν ) μάλλον αδιάφορο για τους πελάτες . Το χειρότερο όλων είναι το πρωινό : ανύπαρκτη ποικιλία , χαμηλή ποιότητα υλικών . Ένα ξενοδοχείο που δεν προσέχει τη λεπτομέρεια.

Une étape luxueuse.
Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel, étape dans notre tour du Péloponnèse en famille. Nous avons apprécié les chambres vastes et confortables, le cadre de l'hôtel en bord de mer, centré sur la piscine et le bar. Personnel agréable, cadre plaisant. Une étape agréable et luxueuse, surtout pour le prix.

Στα θετικα η καθαριότητα του δωματίου και οι παροχές του ξενοδοχείου. Πολυ καλη η σχεση τιμης-ποιοτητας. Κοντα στην Πατρα αλλα μακρια απο τα αρνιτικα των πολεων. Οχι 5 αστερων η πολυτελεια του αλλα κατα τα αλλα 5 στα 5.

il y a 2 hôtels Poséidon situés a 50m l'un de l'autre ,le Poséidon palace et l’hôtel Poséidon ,ce qui m'a valu de me tromper rien de grave cependant les 2 sont a mon avis sont au même propriétaire

Onéreux à la consommation... Les extras sont comptés largement. Mais le personnel est courtois et attentif. La chambre vieillote. Aucun regret.
