For shared use: well-kept terraced garden, 10'000 m2 (not fenced) with plants and trees. 150 m long motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Roofed, parking (for 8 cars, limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 50 m. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 1.5 km, ferry "Rio Marina" 4 km, sandy beach "Ortano" 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Porto Azzurro 15 km, Capoliveri 18 km, Monte Capanne 38 km, Portoferraio 17 km. Please note: car recommended.
