Apartment 'Margherita' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Balcony

The Capo d'Arco - Margherita apartment is located within the district of the same name, about 4 km from the center of the quaint village of Porto Azzurro. Capo d'Arco is a private residential Comprensorio, spread over more than 100 hectares, set within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. Facilities at the Comprensorio include bathing facilities; swimming pools; tennis, soccer, and beach volleyball courts; bars and restaurants; a mini-market; children's playground; and recreational spaces for entertainment and relaxation. The pools are open from mid-June until the end of September. There are also a number of nature trails both within the Comprensorio and connecting with neighboring areas, which can be traveled on foot, by bicycle or motorcycle. The Comprensorio is entirely fenced off, and access, reserved exclusively for members and their guests, is regulated by a security guard service. The geographical location, extension, unspoiled environment, security, exclusivity and services offered make it a charming place to stay in all seasons and a privileged starting point for excursions throughout the Island.

Pros: L'appartamento è carino e seppur senza aria condizionata, rimane comunque fresco. L'attrezzatura per la cucina è ampia. Il contesto del consorzio in cui si trova a noi è piaciuto molto. Ci sono diverse aree attrezzate bar-ristorante all'interno. Sono diversi i punti dove accedere facilmente alla scogliera per fare il bagno al mare. Cons: Il telo che copriva il materasso della stanza da letto al nostro arrivo era sporco e non pulito. Il frigo che non funziona benissimo.
