"Arrived at 11 pm. I have rarely been received by a more unwelcoming receptionist. Did not talk to me at all, not even to explain the hotel rules and amenities. Tried to make the wifi work for an hour, couldn't. Called reception, their response: "Well, it's working here." Morning staff were friendly ..."
