The building where this accommodation is located has two entrances: one on Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and another on Rua Princesa Isabel, 7\. After 8 PM, access must be made only through Rua Princesa Isabel, 7\. The accommodation sockets are 220V. Notebooks and mobile phone chargers are dual voltage (We recommend checking before use) The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building. Important: After sending the list, it is not permitted to unregister a guest and register another immediately afterwards. In other words, there can be no exchange or replacement of guests during the stay. Staying in the space is exclusive to registered guests, with entry not permitted for other people. Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different rubbish bags. Use the service entrance and lift when carrying luggage or swimwear.
