Então entre às 9h e as 13h fez fila na recepção quase todos os dias. As vezes que precisei falar na recepção precisei esperar até 45 minutos na fila. The process at the reception is very bad, but the staff on the reception is very calm and kind. Janela da para fundos que vc vê e ouve tudo dos outros quartos. Hotel velho, sem acústica apropriada, escuta a TV do quarto ao lado, o salto da vizinha de cima.
