House with Panoramic View To the Sea, Lagoa de Itaipu, Mountains, Cristo Redentor, Pedra da Gávea, Sugar Loaf, Copacabana, Urca, Piratininga, Camboinhas, Itaipu. Several walking trails, beach with the presence of several turtles.

Attention: In New Year's Eve one sees the fireworks of Copacabana and several others.

A house divided in two, one on the first floor and the other on the second, with individual entrances. Both overlooking the sea.

In CASA BAIXA are 3 suites, living room, American kitchen, bathroom.
At CASA ALTA are 2 suites, living room with 42 tv, social bathroom and gourmet kitchen on the fully equipped balcony.
