Great location, Hotel so-so.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is on a nice street, close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel is fairly quiet. Cleanliness was OK, but could have been better. The general condition of the rooms is not the best, toilet did not work properly, shower leaked onto the floor and had mold. The breakfast was very simple. It was fine, but the standard is usually much better in Brazil. I would probably not stay in this hotel again, and would rather spend an extra $R100 for a nicer, more comfortable place.

Basic, cheap and not that cheerful

We stayed last minute after a cancelled flight so was just a place to rest for a few hours. Room sad and tired and old. Staff at check in not overly friendly but the breakfast staff lovely. It’s not luxurious but at that price I guess can’t be surprised. Bed was comfy despite the room looking in need of improvement.

Péssimo! Não poderia ser pior.

Minha estadia foi horrível, não havia como ser pior. Quarto minusculo, cama ruim, banheiro vazando, ar condicionado fazia um barulho insuportável , café da manhã pobre e ruim. Péssimo. Em respeito aos clientes da hoteis.com vocês deveriam retirar esse hotel da lista de vocês.

Worst hotel stay in brazil ever!!!

I do not recommend this hotel at all its run down in bad shape no air conditioning working in room also mild and bacteria in washroom and when I complained they said they cannot switch room because they are full. They didn't even give me the room I booked. Also two nights they weren't going to allow me to my room because I didn't have I.d. As who carries a wallet in brazil so they can get robbed. The worst hotel ever stayed in brazil and I have been to brazil many many times.

Realizei a reserva no SAN marco hotel devido o custo-benefício e localização, porém ao chegar no hotel tive um desconforto com o quarto ofertado, telefone não funcionava para se comunicar com a recepção e nem tv, solicitei a troca do quarto e a recepção me deu 2 chaves para eu subir e olhar o quarto, eles nem se preocuparam deles mesmo resolver o problema. Chegando no quarto novo estava tudo resolvido porém ao tomar banho tinha vazamento da pia e teve que colocar um pano. Fora isso a recepção noturna muito ríspido com os hóspedes, apenas o pessoal do café da manhã que eram bem solícitos. Não pretendo voltar ao hotel, atendimento deixou a desejar o bastante

Per chi non ha molte pretese, l'hotel offre un'ottima posizione vicino alla spiaggia di Ipanema. Ci sono uffici di cambio valuta vantaggiosi all'altro lato della strada e un supermarket fornito di ogni cosa al lato. La stazione Metro Nossa S ra da Paz é a pochi passi e con essa si possono raggiungere grandi distanze ad un prezzo low cost. Alla reception si posdono prenotare escursioni a Buzios, Angra dos Reis e Arraial do Cabo. Le camere sono minimals. Colazione a buffet sufficiente.

O chuveiro fica em cima do vaso sanitário. As arrumadeiras ficavam a tarde no corredor conversando e ouvindo audios no celular. Dava pra escutar tudo do quarto.

Boa hospedagem

Há cheiro de mofo na recepção, no quarto não tem, os empregados do hotel são super atenciosos. Café da manhã bem simples mais bom.Como sou asmática fui colocada num quarto melhor e maior devido ao cheiro de mofo pela recepção.

Horrível

Horrível! Quarto pequeno, ruim, cama ruim, roupa de cama velha cheia de bolinhas, chuveiro não funcionou bem, parece o quarto do pânico!!! Fui muito mal atendido por um senhor no chekin! Cheguei as 2 da madrugada e ele me atendeu muito mal! Não recomendo para ninguém!

O hotel é antigo, precisa de manutenção e fora a boa localização não tem nada de bom a oferecer. Não existe qualquer conforto, o café da manhã é muito ruim e o atendimento também. Contamos com o cadastro Silver e avisamos o hotel por intermédio de seus colaboradores, solicitando o late check-out. O colaborador informou que era mediante disponibilidade e que não tinha esta informação do status Silver. Após argumentou que não haviam acomodações disponíveis porém quis nos vender meia diária ou seja, existia disponibilidade.

Custo beneficio bom

Hotel muito bem localizado, muito comércio em volta, lanchonetes e bem próximo à praia. Na recepção, assim que entramos, sentimos um cheiro forte de mofo, mas (pra nossa supresa) assim que subimos não sentimos mais. Nos corredores do nosso andar já não tinha cheiro e nem no quarto. Quarto pequeno, mas suficiente pra um casal. Tv antiga. Luz do quarto fraca. Café da manhã simples, mas saboroso.

Péssima experiência, não recomendo!

Péssimo. Cheiro de mofo em todos os cantos, quarto sujo, apertado, sem tomada e com uma cama dura. Acesso à torneira é quase inexistente, tem um video mal posicionado em cima da pia que não permite usar a torneira adequadamente. O quarto não foi sequer varrido e sinceramente parece um quarto de sequestro. O banheiro tinha uma infiltração que minava água por tudo o que era lado. Wi-Fi inexistente. Tive que sair antes do previsto pois era humanamente impossível permanecer no local, é uma bela de uma enganação. O café da manhã é outra piada, cozinha suja, os funcionários não recolhem os utensílios utilizados e tudo com mofo e sujeira. Ainda por cima não querem devolver o meu dinheiro mesmo sendo que não fiquei nos demais dias.

Hotel apenas muito bem localizado. Me colocaram em um quarto inicialmente indigno de qualquer estadia. Falei que não ficaria e depois de falar que cancelaria minha hospedagem me colocaram em outro. Porém este a água do chuveiro não escoava pois o ralo estava entupido. Hotel muito Velho. Recepção do Sr. Ivan, sem carisma. Café da manhã, os funcionários nao empenham em agradar. No geral os funcionários não preocupam com a avaliação do hóspede.
