To ensure everything goes well, we ask you to pay attention to some house rules and notices: The reception is not authorized to store guests' luggage; however, if desired, you can leave your bags at our agency. No noise is allowed after 10 PM (Noise Ordinance). The tenant must provide a list with full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the provided list cannot enter the building. Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags. Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bath towels. When leaving the apartment, check that you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. Our check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability. For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath towels per guest.
