### Come home in quiet street close to everything

House in Penha in very safe place, with no surrounding communities, easily and close to all transport, markets, bakeries, squares for leisure. Bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and outbuildings, house with independent entrance, water and light included (q cinch) who see rent !!Great value for money !!! We have another 2 bedroom well complete but more expensive !!  
I await your reservation !!!!!!!!!
