There is no need for air conditioning, the building is located in front of the beach, with access to it by the garage, with own entrance by Av. Atlantic. has 2 bedrooms, living and dining room, well equipped kitchen with appliances and cooking utensils, 2 bathrooms and laundry area with washing machine and tank. The first bedroom has a double bed, closet and fan. The second bedroom has two triliches beds, which accommodate six people, closet and fan. It has a bathroom with shower in the hallway. It also has dependence of maid, composed by small room, with a bunk bed and a toilet next to it. It is located on Leme beach, in continuation to Copacabana beach, Ipanema and Leblon. It has easy access by bus, Van, subway and taxi, to the Sugar Loaf, Christ the Redeemer, City Center, Lapa, Maracanã. It has cable tv and wi-fi. There are no private spaces available in the parking lot of the building. Vehicles may be parked on the street in front of the building or nearby. Shower wasn’t clean so we scrubbed it before use and at the end of stay. The biggest problem was with security. The would see us at the gate and would be slow to open. Quanto ao imóvel, é super confortável e bem equipado além de muito limpo e organizado! A cozinha é completa, tinha tudo que precisamos para preparar refeiçoes e economizar uma graninha com comida! Nos quartos, os guarda-roupas tem roupas de cama e toalhas de rosto, caso precisem ser trocadas, só precisamos levar toalhas de banho, o que não foi o menor problema! A princípio, achei que passaria calor pois o apto não tem ar condicionado, mas ele é muito arejado, há muitas arvores na rua, então o sol nunca bate nele direto, evitando que esquente muito, sendo assim, os ventiladores deram conta do recado! Outra coisa bacana é que, a entrada social não fica de frente para o mar, mas o prédio tem uma entrada/saída de banhistas de frente com a praia. Na rua do apto, também encontramos tudo que precisávamos como padaria, farmácia, lanchonete, barzinho, pizzaria e até um ótimo restaurante japonês. Perto de tudo de bom da cidade maravilhosa, Lapa, Copacabana, Ipanema, Arpoador, Urca, bondinho, etc. O apto tem saída para a Av. Atlântica (de frente para a praia) e para uma rua paralela que possui todo tipo de comércio: padarias, farmácias, supermercados, a rua é super bem movimentada e mega segura! Local próximo da praia é só atravessar a rua, perto de mercados, padarias, restaurantes, farmácias, e outros estabelecimentos comerciais. Gostei muito da atenção do Sr. Sergio Costa, esclarecendo as minhas dúvidas, pois estava com minha mãe de 100 anos. E sem falar da Adália que nos recebeu, muito bem, educada e carinhosa. O apto tem tudo, os cômodos bem arejados e silenciosos, e bem limpos. Já recomendei para amigas. Minha família também adorou. Obrigado aos donos do apto. Espero um dia retornar. ##### CELIA S. Alugamos para ficar 10 dias no Rio de Janeiro, acomodou confortavelmente 7 adultos e 2 crianças e ainda sobrou espaço. O Local é bem tranquilo, está a um quarteirão da Praia do Leme. Ficamos todos satisfeitos com o Apartamento, Local, Praias e etc. O Proprietário é gente fina, entrou em contato conosco para saber se estava tudo bem, deu algumas dicas de passeio e tudo mais. Eu e mais 9 amigos alugamos este apartamento para passarmos a virada do ano. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, em frente à praia do Leme. Bastante espaçoso, acomodou 10 pessoas confortavelmente. A Adália, que mora no andar de cima e cuida do apartamento, é muito solicita e nos recebeu de braços abertos, ajudando sempre que necessário! O proprietário também foi muito educado e estava sempre preocupado com o bem estar dos hóspedes. Recomendo este apartamento e voltaria muitas vezes!!!
