In addition, it is also located 1km from Mirante do Leme and 1km from Cardeal Arcoverde Metro Station, providing easy access to get to know the city! The location is close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and a variety of other services.

For everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.

⚠️ It is not allowed to make noise after 10 pm (Silence Law).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation we offer 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed linen and bath linen changing services can be contracted and paid for separately. Be careful with products that may be damaged, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.

⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of your stay and are not replenished.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
