Non-smoking apartment 40sqm, suitable for up to 3 people. The apartment consists of a living-bedroom, with kitchenette, French bed 140x200m, a dining area, a cozy couch (sofa bed), TV. An extra bed can be set up for the 3rd person. The adjoining terrace and the play facilities for children can also be used.  
  
A beautiful, new 1-room vacation apartment in Ringsheim. The 40 m² apartment has a living/bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a kitchenette with oven and a bathroom with shower and WC. An extra bed can be added if the apartment is occupied by 3 people. The terrace and sunbathing lawn adjacent to the apartment with play facilities for children can also be used. Ringsheim is located in the Rhine plain on the edge of the Black Forest, between the university city of Freiburg, the European city of Strasbourg and the media center Offenburg. Thanks to its good transport links with its own highway connection and train station, Ringsheim is an ideal location for excursions, e.g. to Europa-Park, Germany's largest theme park, which is located directly in the neighboring village (approx. 5 km) of Ringsheim. Other worthwhile destinations are Freiburg, Basel, Alsace and the Black Forest.
