"They are top notch. I would consider it a totally 5-star hotel. Breakfast crew are so lovely, the front desk are spectacular , and the cleaning lady is a total hero. It’s spotless clean and meticulously decorated. Please make sure you book with them directly, to get a better deal."

"A large property just outside of central Noto, but walkable. Huge and easily accessible parking lot was appreciated. Breakfast service could use one more coffee machine- line got long at times. "We booked this property 6/15/24 & were to stay 9/11/24 to 9/25/24. After traveling 22 hours to get there on 9/11 we were told by the host he had rented the villa to someone else for those dates but had a small 3rd floor apt. we could have. NOT A VILLA BY THE OCEAN. We never got any advance notice ..."
