"Lovely stay in Bize. House charming with beautiful rooms. Garden was the star as it had just the right mix of shade and sun as well as the petanque area. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and garden enjoying the wonderful weather and the superb local produce. "We are a family of 7. The youngest was 1 and the oldest 66. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in the grand suite. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed, plenty of space for a family. The pool was enjoyed daily. The staff were friendly and accommodating at all times. The location was superb. The"

"We spent one night here on 30th August and regretted not staying longer. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and great views of the citadel ramparts. The hotel is at the famous Narbonne gate entrance to the citadel and we had a wonderful time with family and friends in Place Marcou. We will definitely return at a future date."

"We stayed here with a family of four - the beds were great, updated and super clean bathroom and very kind service. It wasn’t super hot when we visited so can’t speak to the AC under hot weather. But was great for us. Would definitely recommend for! Small rooms of course but to be expected. The rooftop terrace offers spectacular views of Carcassonne!"
