The layout was perfect with lots of space, plenty of rooms/bathrooms/bedding/towels/kitchen supplies. Very family and kid friendly. The property needed batteries in every smoke detector and some screens in windows, but other than that it was a great basecamp for us. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a party of 7 and this home had plenty of room for all of us. The location of this home was very convenient as we visited Ouray and Telluride, while our men enjoyed the mountains. There were mule deer in the yard and in the mountains we saw bear, moose and elk. The hot tub was a pleasant surprise and also enjoyed. The place was roomy and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The directions and information in the house were very clear.We did have some problems locating the house as it has a long driveway.
