The staff were very helpful and friendly. The first room we were given was very musty smelling and had food wrappers in the chair. Front desk gave us a second room and that one was clean but the mirror was on the floor reported it but it did not get fixed nor was our room cleaned on the second day. Plus the pool was closed indefinitely

When I arrived, my original room was dirty. The front desk staff upgraded me to a different room. The room was decent for a one-night stay. Some of the amenities were not able to be used (pool was closed). It was also very noisy by the ice machine area (not because people were using it).

The hotel and room were very nice but we had to wait 1 1/2 hrs to get our room. Apparently there was a competition on town and the hotel was overrun with rooms to clean. All staff were wonderful and professional but after a long day on the road….

The hotel was okay, but not in as good of shape as most Holiday Inns we have stayed at. The carpet had a big, noticeable rip in it and the trim in the bathroom was badly worn. But the room was clean and breakfast was fine and the location worked for us.
