I can’t figure out how this place was rated as excellent. It was last updated in the 70’s. It was dark and tired looking. Mattress was flat and hard, pillows were like sleeping on rocks. Clean room. Housekeeping didn’t come until we asked for it. This was the only area that wasn’t good. All other staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great stay! Clean rooms and a great location right by the River Walk. Concierge Brandon was amazing—he explained everything nearby and assisted us to our room during check-in and back to our car at check-out. Everything was 10 out of 10.
