"This place was absolutely amazing. The host was easy to contact from the booking all the to checkout. She stayed in contact with me. The home is lovely, warm and inviting. My family loved it. It was clean inside and outside. The location was perfect, everything you need is either in walking distance or driving distance. Normally you would find something to say this place was good but…. Honestly there are no buts; everything was perfect. I will definitely keep this home for my future stays in the Pittsburgh area "

"The only problem I had was the fact that I booked my reservation with Hotels.com. Apparently it causes a problem with their bookkeeping system and it took considerable time at checkin for the clerk to figure out how to handle "incidental charges". I prepaid my room charges thru Hotels.com so they did not have my credit card on file. I gave them my credit card to handle any incidental charges. Twice during my short stay I purchased a soda from the little store area in the lobby. I offered to pay cash, but the clerk said it would be easier to charge it to the room. On check out, the clerk on duty did not know how to handle the charge for the two sodas which I believe was about $6. I was in a hurry and had to leave and trusted they would figure it out and charge it to my card. As of this date I have not seen a charge on my card for the two sodas. Not a big deal but you would think they would know how to handle these types of things and it was just a minor annoyance."

"Wifi poor connection "

"The staff at the front desk when we were both checking in and out were nice and the whole lobby area was neat and clean. The room was very clean and appreciated that they provided makeup wipes in the bathroom also. We were in the area for a concert at the arena and this was a good place to stay outside of the city. Would stay here again and recommend it "

"Hot tub was low on water, so the jets were spraying everywhere. The parking was "free," but stipulations on how you can park, etc., are enforced. Lots of noise from the upstairs overnight. We couldn't sleep due to the noise. Water pressure was meh in the shower. "

"This place is nothing short of magical. My friends and I had the best writers' retreat during the day, and we all slept well at night. Every room is well appointed and just luxurious enough without feeling over-the-top. The grounds are lovely and walkable, and we lucked out with the best April weather possible. My family stayed with me the second night, and my kids (ages 4 to 13) loved the place. We all agreed the incredibly sweet pair of outdoor cats made for a terrific bonus, too! I hope we can stay at the Tea House again sometime soon!"

"Check-in and check-out were super easy. The house was awesome, with more than enough space for our group of 12 and updated appliances to make it feel modern. The bonfire pit and hot tub were major hits! Jamie addressed questions and concerns quickly and effectively, I'd highly recommend staying here!"
