It offers a breathtaking view of the Ligurian Apennines. Renovated with passion, fully equipped for a potentially long stay, it has been designed for romantic getaways and yours will be unforgettable. Located on the outskirts of a picturesque village nestled in the hills overlooking the Cinque Terre, bathed in sunlight, this small house for two is an island surrounded by greenery, ideally located to explore the region, which is full of treasures. It combines the charm of chestnut wood and the coolness of stone with modern and design equipment. The space has been optimized. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen opens onto a spectacular terrace where you will have your meals facing the Ligurian Apennines, between nature and the pool, which can be heated in spring or autumn. In the evening, you will be intoxicated by the scents of the forest that it overlooks, comfortably seated in the small outdoor lounge. On the first floor, which you reach via an external staircase, the bedroom with a queen-size bed opens onto a small terrace dedicated to contemplating this sublime landscape. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor, occupied by a beautiful bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower and a small dressing room. The classified village is located 5 kilometers as the crow flies and 25 minutes by the winding road from the Cinque Terre, 10 kilometers from La Spezia, where the train or boats depart to visit them without taking the car. You are very close to Lerici, Porto Venere, and the charming small ports and beaches that line this exceptional coast. In the interior, you will discover a multitude of stone villages clinging to the hillsides. No cars circulate in ours and the silence is only disturbed by the singing of birds and the bellowing of deer. Der Gastgeber war bei der Ankunft sehr hilfsbereit, danach diskret, aber jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar.Die Unterkunft (Tiny House auf drei Etagen) selbst ist gemütlich und bietet alles Nötigste für zwei Personen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ruhe – ideal, um dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos. Man kann die Ruhe und Zweisamkeit zu jeder Tageszeit genießen und den Tag wunderbar am privaten Pool ausklingen lassen.Die Umgebung lädt zu Erkundungstouren ein, ob wandernd oder mit dem E-Bike, um die malerische Landschaft zu erkunden. Das autofreie, mittelalterliche Dorf mit seinen wenigen Bewohnern ist ein Kleinod und hilft gestressten Stadtmenschen, zum Wesentlichen zurückzufinden. Beachte, dass Gepäck etwa drei Minuten zum Haus getragen werden muss. Trotz Bauarbeiten nebenan war es überraschend still.Praktische TippsPackt Grundnahrungsmittel ein; Kaffeeliebhaber sollten an Nespresso-Kapseln denken. Die Kochutensilien reichen für einfache Mahlzeiten. Einen Backofen gab es leider nicht.Wichtiger Hinweis zur Privatsphäre: Zwischen dem schön gestalteten Bad und dem Schlafzimmer gibt es lediglich eine Wendeltreppe und eine Holzdecke.Insgesamt sind wir dankbar für die schöne Zeit und können dieses charmante Fleckchen Erde wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
