Clean room and contemporary bathroom with a large tub and shower combo. Restaurant isn’t opened on weekends which was disappointing. We struggled to get the room comfortable with the air conditioning.

The hotel itself was very good, within 20 minutes walk to the lovely centre and river. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Two big issues were, there was no control of the Aircon & we were extremely cold overnight in bed with no provision of a blanket, so very uncomfortable. The sound proofing from room to room was poor, it sounded like the adjacent room were having a dance & changing the furniture around in the room.
Breakfast was excellent.

Upon arrival I looked at Google Maps to see check-in time since I was early, but when I saw VERY negative guest reviews there I was very concerned and had I seen them I would not have booked here. "On the whole the hotel was good but what let it down for us was the towels, I know it's petty, but the hand towel was the size of a face cloth and the bath towel wouldn't have covered a child, also there was a lack of a bath mat."
