Staff on reception were very helpful and pleasant. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was very good with an excellent choice. Parking was available on street and also in the hotels underground car park. We would recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Awesome Hotel! I have stayed there several times over the past three years, sometimes I just go in there to get help with something. The staff is the best. You can now control your own air conditioning in the rooms, which is great. Wonderful location to downtown Palencia- 10 minute walk to Calle Mayor and all the good stuff. Highly recommend. Great rooms!

Set in an old palace, very atmospheric. Room was clean and bed comfortable with a good breakfast choice. Only negatives were less than helpful check and bathroom waste drain that was not draining well.

"Good, no frills hotel at a decent price. Bed, bath, size all fine, clean. There is a good bar (and restaurant maybe) attached to the hotel that is popular with the locals and less touristy than most. Plenty of street parking. Just outside the main tourist area (3-5 mins walk to Alcazar)."
