Todos os funcionários são ótimos, sempre educados e prestativos. Mas quero destacar especialmente a recepcionista Josiane, sempre atenciosa e disposta a ajudar em todos os momentos, e o Léo, responsável pelo bar, que presta um atendimento incrível, com muita simpatia e profissionalismo. O quarto: o banheiro não era higienizado o vaso sanitário,permanecendo odor de urina,pois estava sendo utilizado por 5 dias. A colcha trocada no último dia parecia lençol de tão fina. Aa fronhas estavam amareladas,dando a impressão de encardidas. Não tinha cartão no quarto para solicitar a limpeza e o momento. Achei que faltou mais investimento na decoração de Natal,mais iluminado. E o preço,mesmo reservando pelo app,estava um absurdo. E depois pude acompanhar pelas redes sociais ,que estavam negociando valores. Sendo que ligamos e não houve acordo. Pelo valor pago.na reserva antecipada de um quarto de luxo, pensávamos que isso iria acontecer já no check in. Porém,fui acomodada em um quarto conjugado,com as paredes estufadas de mofo e o cheiro de mofo. Só pude fazer a troca no outro dia, após muita insistência. Amamos ficar hospedados ali, porém so pediria um pouquinho de cuidado principalmente nos quartos reservados Obrigada!

Hotel bem Localizado, café da manhã perfeito. Gostei de quase tudo, porém deixou a desejar nas toalhas de banho que colocaram em nosso quarto de piscina mto velha mal deu para enxugar, faltou 1 toalha e ao descer o funcionário me disse que estavam sem toalhas de banho e me deram de piscina. Os lençóis mto velhos, mal cabiam nos colchões, só de deitar já saía e ficava aparente o colchão deixado nojento. E uma dó pq o hotel é tão bacana para crianças, mas deixou a desejar nesses dois itens.
