Beautiful apartment in the heart of the medieval city with private garage

Spacious, bright and pleasant apartment of 110 square meters on one level, completely renovated in 2016, with a parking space and a large private garage that can easily accommodate two cars, motorcycles, bicycles ...
Ideally located on the 1st floor of a village house, this apartment is on a quiet street 1 minute walk from the historic and commercial center of Ribeauvillé. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room, the living room, all with an area of 50 square meters, facing south and with open views.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, one of 10m2 with a double bed of 140x190, the second of 14m2 with a double bed of 160x200, and the third of 15m2 with two single beds of 90x190, of a bathroom with 90x140 shower, separate WC as well as a laundry room equipped with an exercise bike and a stepper.
In order to find an impeccably clean house, I will charge you an additional € 60 corresponding to the "end of stay" cleaning fee, payable upon your arrival.
A deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure.
I can offer you the rental of bed linen and towels at the price of € 10 per person, payable on arrival. If you are interested in this option, could you let me know by email or by phone on 06 08 11 21 93.

A perfect home away from home
This house is the perfect place to stay while exploring Alsace. The location is ideal, in a quiet side street but just a minutes walk from the town center with all the restaurants, shops and sites. The house is spacious, exceptionally clean and has everything you need. The Wi-Fi is fast, the TV has English cable channels as well as streaming channels and the kitchen is the best equipped we’ve ever seen in a rental. There are parking spaces included which is a huge benefit in the small towns on the Wine Road. The host Anne was excellent in her communication and assistance during our stay and made us feel very welcome. We will most definitely stay here again on our next visit to Alsace.

Staying in Ribeauville
We have a lovely time here. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and two children. It was very clean, well organized and quiet. It was so close to everything we wanted to see and Ribeauville is so beautiful, especially in the spring. There was an incredible playground for the children. The garage was very useful for cars and bikes as well. Anne was so charming and interested in her guests and making our stay so comfortable. Highly recommended!

A wonderful apartment
We stayed for 3 nights in this wonderful apartment. It was warm and spacious, everything required was there and of very good quality. The many Christmas touches were delightful and we loved the artwork in every room. Ribeauville was a lively place at this time of year with lots of visitors. The apartment however, despite being very central, was far enough off the main street to be peaceful and quiet. Anne and Philippe were very kind and welcoming.

Location, cleanliness, quality
Quality property and set a standard for our trip (which no one later met). Anne even left us some sparkling wine to start out our days in Alsace. The apartment is quite beautiful in a pretty town, a short walk to the playground (which is under construction now but will soon be a masterpiece of childhood dreams). The parking is in the garage below and easy to access. The kids' room isn't well ventilated, but there are fans available in the apartment, so not a big deal.

Go in spring or fall, not in summer
The apartment is very nicely modernized and very well equipped (incl. dishwasher, washing maschine), abd the host is very nice and helpful. But: neither Ribeauville as a town nor the apartment itself are suitable for vacationing in the hot summer season. Vitually all restaurants shut down outside the main lunch and dinner hours and certainly after 9:00 pm. After that they do not even serve any more drinks. So one has little choice but to drudge back to the apartment. Unfortunately, there is no balcony or terrace or garden where to sit with a drink. The afternoon sun blares onto the windows and heats up the sitting room. There is no air conditioning, and the two ventilators provided are not much help. The bedroom windows open to another house less than 4 feet away, so opening them is not an option. In short: Ribeauville and the apartment are probably very nice in spring and autumn, but not at all recommended in the height of summer. Two final remarks, one especially for older folks: the apartment is reached via a steep 20-step staircase, no easy task with a suitcase. And the garage will not hold two SUV-sized cars.

Beautiful Ribeauvillé
Anne has a delightful well pointed property in a quiet part of Ribeauvillé .Anne is a very warm welcoming person who makes you feel quite at home. Excellent kitchen, bathroom and washing facilities., comfy lounge with high quality furnishings. The stairs to the property might be a little difficult for those with walking problems as they are very steep(it is an old building) and whereas the garage is perfect for one car, two were rather difficult to fit in. Overall a lovely place to stay and we would happily stay there again. Thank you Anne.

Fantastic appartment in the middle of Ribeauville
We were a family of five. The appartment is spacious with three good bedrooms and a large living room. Everything is new and clean, and it is possible to park in a closed parking space. We will use this appartment again next time we visit Alsace.

The perfect home base!
We had a fantastic stay at Anne's property in Ribeauville. It was in a perfect location, right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore and get to know the village. The town itself is central to all the places we wanted to see in Alsace and because it had a big spacious garage that was easy to access, it made renting a car & road tripping around the area so easy. The home itself is one floor up (above the garage) and checked so many boxes: mod cons in the kitchen, shower room separate from toilet room, duvets, lots of seating, spacious common areas, lovely decor, quiet at night, and more. Anne was a wonderful host - waiting for us when we arrived and on call whenever we needed her, in whatever way worked best for us technologically (ie without mobile on hand, I relied instead on What's App). Special treats from her and such a friendly, helpful attitude were much appreciated! If I had to call on anything for future improvement, it would be to offer Netflix (or a connector cable to iPads to the TV) so that people limited in French would have options to watch on TV. But we had so much to explore outside that it wasn't a major issue...just a suggestion for evolution. Overall, it was one of the best rental experiences I've had. And Ribeauville itself was a superb town to set roots in ... not too busy (like Strasbourg & Colmar would have been) but still full of adorable, charming buildings and with all the basics we might need: restaurants, wineries, small grocery stores, bakeries, boulangeries, shops for tourists and locals, a market, a chocolate making facility/store - the list goes on and on... the perfect balance of small town charm and urban conveniences. So happy with our choice in the town and in the property.

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful town
The apartment is extremely well located on a quiet back street yet near the main street of Ribeauvillé. It is easily reachable by car and the garage parking was great as we had bikes attached. Anne and her husband were very welcoming, the apartment is superbly clean, light and well equipped. We will definitely return!
