"This unit is very conveniently located, just a short walk from the main road/shops in Cowes and to the beach. It is very well equipped - kitchen and dining supplies, board games, even a ball we found in the lounge for the dog and food/water bowls in the courtyard for the dog. A couple of small downsides - the instructions message received via Stayz says to bring linen etc but that towels are provided... towels are definately not and I had to go to Woolies to buy some (we would've brought them...

"Great location, walking distance from the beach. House is as the pictures show. Split system air con in main living area and fans supplied for all bedrooms. We had access to the upstairs level of the property. No bed linen is supplied. Minimal condiments supplied ie coffee sugar tea excellent communication between host. sliding door was hard to lock up , other then that it was a great short stay."

"Spacious family home close to Mt Martha Village and The Briars. It was our first stay in the area and we would love to come back. Beautiful beaches and convenient eating locations. "

The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pots/pans, massive plus with the dishwasher! Would defiantly recommend this stay, the beach is an easy walk and very close to the corner store!"
