Excellent hotel and staff, very friendly and helpful, made you feel very welcome. Restaurants superb, especially the more formal Michelin dining.

Quiet hotel close to main transit routes (2 min walk). Loved the old fashioned decor. Staff could not do enough to help with anything requested. Buffet continental breakfast very good.

Fabulous basement room perfect for a family of 5. Only 1 window but didn’t bother us at all. Bonus frog family who came to visit outside the window at night!! Breakfast was great, staff extremely helpful. Parking secure and. Good location to explore Cologne.

When we recieved a message from the hotel owner, Mr Zimmerman a few days when to say there had been a mistake and we should not have been able to book a room on this day as the hotel was closed

Great

Good location. Good room. Great friendly reception staff. Pancakes for breakfast. Enough said 😁

This hotel is very accessible, with tram station nearby. There is a supermarket and dm in one minute walk. Staff are lovely and helpful. I didn’t have breakfast there, it costs €16. Overall it’s a lovely hotel.

Fantastic room, very spacious and comfortable. Great parking and good breakfast choices. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Comfortable room geat shower, wonderful veiws, fantastic restaurant and professional friendly staff.

Lovely spacious adjoining rooms for our family of 4. Nice and clean, very comfortable (although no AC so a little warm).

I had initially wanted a place to stay nearer the trade fair but as it turned out I picked a great hotel. It was only 15 minutes by train to the fair so no big deal and the hotel was above my expectations in comfort and value. The hotel is built onto the side of the Bayer Leverkusen Football stadium which is a great concept. The room was very comfortable and...

Room spotless, staff helpful, breakfast very good.

Lovely room — a little small for two people, but perfectly adequate for what we needed for a weekend stay. Just be aware that the toilet wall is practically see-through, so there’s very little privacy. The location is fantastic, with transport links within minutes.
