  • Nestled in the Wye Valley Gwardolau cottage is an 1850's extension to the main Gwardolau House, formerly the servants quarters and kitchen.
    Set down a quiet country lane 1.5 miles from the centre of Rhayader this spacious centrally heated property consists of a living room with impressive fire place with multi-fuel stove and beamed ceiling, with access to the rear garden. Large kitchen with rangemaster oven, washing machine. There is a downstairs lavatory. Upstairs there are double and twin bedrooms both with views over the gardens to the hills surrounding Rhayader and the main bathroom.
    There is off road parking and storage for bikes etc.
