Pour le Wifi, nous avons un soucis complétement indépendant de notre volonté, des personnes ont volé tous les câbles qui nous relie à la Wifi. Pour le distributeur, nous avons eu un soucis avec le monnayeur cependant en passant à la réception nous vous aurions préparer un café. Au plaisir de vous revoir prochainement.

Note to self - NEVER AGAIN!
It's hard to leave a scathing review when this hotel is very keenly priced, but the old adage, “you get what you pay for,” very much applies here. I stayed here for just a few hours as I was due to catch an early morning flight out of Nantes. Small, dirty, smelly, unkempt, tired bedrooms with an odorous, caravan-type bathroom covered in someone’s hairs and barely fit for purpose. I have been in far superior HOSTELS (that is not a typo)! The only positive comments I can offer are that my car was still intact in the hotel car park the following morning and the staff member we met was friendly. If budget is a limiting factor in your choice of hotel, then take my advice and do yourself a favour – sleep on a seat at the airport.

Disgraceful service! I booked for one night 16th october . I arrived very late in Nantes Airport 11.30 pm. I had to take a taxi to the hotel which cost 20 euro. Then when I arrived at the Hotel my reservation had not been registered. I was forced to take a room with Campernile which cost 95 euro and a taxi back to the airport next day, another 20 euro so I am 135 euro out of pocket. Utterly disgusted with your organisation and I will not ever use it again and I would like compensation of the difference in Hotel charges of 43 euro.

Had booked 3 rooms arrived to find none of them ready, told cleaner had not turned up that day this was 3 pm in the afternoon. We were given keys to the rooms and told that we could leave our cases in the room until they were ready. The mattresses were dirty and marked the duvets were dirty. The sheets and covers were clean and the room was cleaned eventually. Slept on top of the bed on our own towels, would not recommend

Definitely not an hotel for a summer stop, no AC, bathroom was dirty, lots of noise on the parking lot with strange people lurking around, lots of noise through the bedroom walls, people and TV all night. To receipt for tax payment!

No record of reservation, slept in a tent!
Avoid at all costs! Arrived at 10.30pm, reception was closed, automatic check in machine was broke. There was a sign (in french) that told us to go to the reception of the hotel next door. They had no record of our reservation, and no rooms available. The hotel next door contacted the manager and we basically told to F off and find alternative accommodation. At this stage it was nearly 1am and getting a taxi into the city to find a random hotel was not possible either practically or financially. Fortunately as we were attending a festival we had tents, which we ended up setting up on the grass outside the hotel. If we didnt have tents we would have been sleeping outside on the ground. Far from ideal! In the morning i checked with the premiere class reception and they also had no record of the booking. I have received no contact from premiere class despite numerous attempts regarding refunds or compensation. I will not be staying at any of their branches again and strongly advise against anyone else staying there.

When I arrived, our reservation was invalid. They were overbooked and we had no place to put up our out of town visitors. Family had to sleep on the floor of our tiny apartment! I spent 40 minutes on the phone to your offices in the USA LONG DISTANCE and they couldn’t refund me. They said I’ll need to follow up later. This is total nonsense. I EXPECT A FULL REFUND.

Arrived at 6 and there was no staff just a machine. The room are so small that when my father lay on the bed his feet over hung the bed and nearly touch the wall so much so we couldn't get past him.

Portail fermé sans indication d'ouverture. raremement vu extérieur si sale : poubelle qui déborde.cendrier a la porte de notre porte de chambre plein à craquer distributeur de boissons très sale : coulure . verre sale.....signale au personnel qui n'a pas réagi...

Bonjour, je suis désolée de vous lire. Comme beaucoup d'établissement et pour plus de sécurité, nous avons un portail électrique ainsi que des caméras de sécurité. En réservant en direct ou par téléphone, nous vous aurions donné les informations pour une arrivée tardives. Nos poubelles et cendriers sont vidés tous les jours par le personnel présent sur site. Pour le distributeur, nous ne pouvons être derrière chaque client qui renverse par mégarde leurs boissons chaudes. Au plaisir de vous revoir lors d'un prochain séjour.
