Very kind and helpful staff. Property is well maintained. The hotel is located near a grocery store, and a 10 minutes-walk from the tram that will take you to the downtown of Nantes.

Good service. Good breakfast with all products but luck of personnel sometimes. In the room, there is not phone. To call for a service you have to come to the desk

location is not great if looking for access to the city. the room itself felt like a hospital room and was not pleasant. however, parking was plentiful and the common areas are cute.
