""Heaven On Earth" is a wonderful cabin. A secluded location with the Dan River across from the cabin. Beautiful scenery. Cabin was very clean and nicely decorated. I would highly recommend this cabin for a quite gettaway. The host is wonderful. Dealing w/her was easy and a pleasure.Always loving the mountains!The Brown'sLinda, Roger and Bowtie"

"The staff is what makes it. I think I’m on my fifth or sixth stay so maybe seventh or eighth night. The staff is amazing. I know I would steal at least two of them away for my company if I didn’t live 3 1/half hours away from where my son goes to college. My company could use staff like this. The beds are comfortable, it’s pretty clean, it’s outdated, but you know it’s 80 or $90 a night so that really can’t matter much. I don’t have any complaints."

"Easy to find, private, spotless clean charming cabin with breathtaking views, our experience was definitely a 10/10. Communication with Greg was smooth, straightforward and easy. The listing was even better than expected and we had a blast watching shooting stars on the porch to celebrate our birthday weekend, My only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay.For those that are anticipating cooking - bring some cooking spray and basic spices. There are pots, pans, plates, cups and cutlery but nothing else. I like to pay it forward so I left a full can of cooking spray for the next guest. Ah and before I forget - the hot water boiler is small so do yourself a favor and do dishes AFTER you take a shower or you'll be taking a surprise (cold) shower."

"This is an older hotel that is being renovated. Our room was remolded, very clean and comfortable. The area is right next to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Very quiet. There is a little restaurant just the road for dinner and a small coffee shop across the street that serves breakfast sandwiches and has great coffee. I would stay here again."

"Nice cabin with great weekly rate for a pet friendly rental. Host's communication was very good with quick responses. Some of the amenities were outdated but all were functional. While this cabin is in a more private location of the subdivision, the steep grade and steps to access it aren't for individuals with mobility issues. Despite the small detractions we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
