Do not book this hotel- I arrived and the front desk person said "you're one of my problems this evening." She continued to say that the hotel cannot accommodate third party bookings. I was travelling at night with a child so I paid for a 2nd time at the hotel in order to stay there and will try to obtain a refund for my original payment through Expedia. In addition, no doubles were available (despite the fact that I had prepaid for one) and I spent a sleepless night sharing a bed with my child. The front desk person told the couple in front of us that they could check in, but might need to move to a different room around 11 pm. She continued to run up and down the hallway to speak to a manager about the various over-booking scenarios, but the Manager never appeared. It was a nightmare. I will likely avoid Hampton Inns in the future as they seem unprepared to deal with online bookings.
