It provided onsite free parking, which other hotels may not provide. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff was friendly. The room is small, but comfortable. My booking through Expedia.com a few months ago. But the booking was not showed in the hotel system. But staff was very claim and resolved this quickly. good job!

Everything was perfect! Staff (Maria) made the stay like we were locals, helped us find the touristy and the less touristy places. This was our second time staying here and will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Breakfast was great, parking was not a problem at all and cleanliness is 101%.

Great location with ample parking in front of the building. It was easily accessible for traveling to other areas around and outside of Reykjavík. The property was very clean, and the rooms were very spacious. It is a quick walk to downtown, or a quick drive if you prefer. Breakfast was included, and the staff were all very helpful as well. Highly recommended!

A very charming, smaller property that makes you feel special. Very clean rooms. Close to a huge mall, spas and restaurants. Also, near a bus stop for more travel flexibility to and from downtown Reykjavik.

Arrived about 11am via Jetbus from KEF. Maria let me into my room right away. Breakfast finished but coffee & homemade rhubarb cake was available all day. Enjoyed it & had great sleep in my perfectly appointed cheerful single room. Breakfast next 2 days was delicious. Chose to spend 2nd day at Perlan including happy hour with 360 degree-view of Reykjavik.Third day went to Fly over Iceland & Lava Show.

This is a very clean hotel. The breakfast was very good. There was a self check in process which I didn't realize ahead of time and wasn't informed of before I got there. I am actually not sure how I was supposed to get the code but I ended up ringing the bell in the small lobby to get someone to respond. There is also no airport shuttle other than one you can book yourself from a 3rd party. It does stop at the hotel but other than that the hotel doesn't have anything to do with it.

Spotless beautiful rooms, breakfast was also very enjoyable a nice bonus! Not really walking distance to main area for bars and restaurants, harbour etc but we had a car so 10 mins and your right there. We chose the hotel comforts over the location and were very glad we did would pick the same hotel again.
