I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. "Lovely apartment in a good location away from the really busy part of Salou. Apartment was very clean, nice kitchen area and bathroom. Pool area and gardens were beautiful, well maintained and always had sun loungers available at any time of the day. Highly recommend these apartments."
