Villa Trules is a brand new, family friendly villa in the countryside  
 of Armenoi, just 10 minutes from the sandy beaches of Rethymno. Perfect  
 for up to 9 guests, it features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a sofa bed,  
 and fully air-conditioned interiors.  
  
 Inside, the villa offers a spacious lounge with fireplace, satellite  
 TV, and comfortable sofas, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen (4  
 cooking rings, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster,  
 kettle, coffee maker), a dining area, and laundry facilities. Three  
 bedrooms have double beds, TV, and ensuite showers, while the fourth  
 bedroom has a double French size bed next to a family shower room.  
  
 Outside, enjoy the private pool (7.5 x 4 m, depth 1.2–1.4 m) with  
 sunbeds and parasols, a shaded patio with rattan sofas and dining  
 table, a brick-built barbecue, children’s playground with toys, a  
 ping-pong table, a vegetable plot for seasonal produce, and a large  
 garden with scenic countryside views. Private parking is also  
 available.  
  
 Villa Trules offers the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, fun,  
 and outdoor living, making it an ideal choice for families or groups

#### Haus : Top, Verwaltung: Flop

Es handelt sich grundsätzlich um ein wunderschönes Haus, welches den Bildern vollumfänglich entspricht! Aber: Wir verweilten im Oktober als Paar eine Woche im Haus. Wir erreichten dies wie abgesprochen Samstags Abends gegen 19.00 Uhr. Wir waren ein wenig enttäuscht, da die Aussenanlage nicht gesäubert und insbesondere die Sitzecke völlig verdreckt und schmierig war. Als wir eintraten, traf uns jedoch der Schlag. Das Haus wurde von den Vormietern verlassen und nicht gereinigt. Es war nichts geputzt. Alles klebte. Müll stand herum und lag auf dem Boden. Offene Konservendosen im Schrank, Essensreste im Kühlschrank, dreckiges Geschirr. Dreckige Wäsche lag auf dem Boden. Alle Schlafzimmer waren benutzt, alle Bäder dreckig. Eine Toilette besch..... Wir standen nun in unserem dreckigen Haus und hatten weder saubere Bettwäsche noch Handtücher. Daher also direkt die Verwaltung via SMS und per Mail über homeaway informiert. Aber leider keine Reaktion. In der Not gaben wir uns dann ans putzen und reinigten in den nächsten Stunden zumindest ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, Essbereich und die Küche. Bettwäsche und die dreckigen Handtücher wurden ebenfalls von uns gewaschen, so dass in der ersten Nacht keine Langeweile aufkam. Am darauffolgenden Sonntag ebenfalls keine Reaktion von der Verwaltung. Dafür stellten wir fest, dass die Kaffeemschine völlig kaputt war und der Aussenwhirlpool nicht heizte. Eine erneute SMS und Mail via homeaway blieb wieder ohne Reaktion. Am Montag Abend um 18.00 Uhr (!) -also 2 Tage nach Ankunft- erschien dann eine Dame der Hausverwaltung und übergab uns eine neue Kaffeemaschine. Sie sagte uns zu, dass am Dienstag Morgen eine Putzkolonne kommt und das Haus auf Vordermann bringt. Dies ist dann auch geschehen. Bezüglich des Whirlpools wollte sie einen Techniker schicken, welcher bis zur Abreise am darauffolgenden Samstag jedoch nicht erschienen ist. Der Whirlpool warf während der gesamten Aufenthaltsdauer eine Fehlermeldung aus und heizte nicht. Bis auf ein mündliches "I am so sorry" der Dame von der Verwaltung am Dienstagabend gab es seitens der Verwaltung keinerlei Reaktion. Fehler wie eine vergessene Endreinigung können passieren, aber der weitere Umgang damit war katastrophal. Urlauber Tage ohne Bettwäsche und Handtücher in einem dreckigen Haus zu belassen ohne sofort zu reagieren ist absolut unprofessionell. Wir können das Haus aus diesen Gründen daher leider nicht empfehlen.

Très belle Villa contemporaine bien aménagée et bien équipée tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Très belle vue sur la montagne. La proximité du village (environ 1.5km) est également très appréciée (commerces, restaurants). Sa situation est idéale pour passer d'excellentes vacances .
