Nestled among the olive groves in the traditional village of Kyrianna, Rethymno in Crete, Villa Terpsi Klio is conveniently located on the Klios Complex near Villa Thalia Klios, Villa Erato Klio, and Villa Ouraria Klio - making it an ideal base for extended family breaks with a touch of separation.  
  
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this property alone accommodates up to six guests. Offering air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, your holiday to Crete is sure to be cool and comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen alongside ample space to wine, dine, and socialise. In the living room, you’ll find a smart TV for maximum convenience.  
  
The private swimming pool overlooks the lush green landscape that leads into the distance. Admire the panoramic views from your sun lounger or the outdoor dining area. Once the sun sets, why not fire up the barbeque and sample some island delights? The complex outdoor play area complete with a slide and swing is sure to keep the little ones entertained on a long summer day.

Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 68cm wide. The outside terrace is flat and tiled. This is a ground-floor property. The ensuite bedroom has a door width of 78cm, whilst the ensuite door is 83cm wide.
