With space to accommodate up to seven guests, the villa is perfectly positioned for exploring the cultural richness of Rethymno, Chania, and Heraklion, while still providing a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The setting is ideal for those who want to unwind in a quiet environment without being far from the island’s vibrant towns and beautiful beaches.  
  
The villa’s highlight is its private panoramic swimming pool, offering sweeping views of the surrounding landscape and a perfect spot for sunbathing or relaxing with a book. The spacious terrace and garden are furnished for outdoor dining and leisure, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Inside, the villa is fully air-conditioned and features a cozy living room with entertainment options, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure restful nights.  
  
Just a short walk from a local restaurant and a few kilometers from the sea and supermarkets, the villa offers both seclusion and accessibility. Guests can enjoy peaceful evenings under the stars or venture out to explore the nearby towns for dining, shopping, and sightseeing.
